Pros

Pay to start was decent.

Cons

I was promised a 6 month tentative position before a review period. Worked 40 hours a week and was being trained. I was told I had a 3 month training period to learn everything, then a 3 month period on my own before being reviewed. They let me go out of the blue at 6 weeks a long with a lot of their other newer employees. Few months later I learn from a reputable source that that practice is normal for them. They will hire promising a full time position review at 6 months, but let you off at about 6 weeks after busy period is over.

Pros

No overtime unless you are Mexican. Pay raises are okay. The owner is involved in every aspect of the company.

Cons

This company revolves around taking advantage of everyone. I worked there for over two years and when I took 1 week of paternity for my newborn they found a reason to fire me. They are currently contesting my unemployment benefits and I never had a bad review or write up at all. Communication is a joke. The CEO walks around yelling and screaming while everyone wishes he would shut up behind his back. If you catch him on a bad day you could be fired on the spot. Oh but not by him, he has a small group of sycophants to do the firing. If you are unlucky enough to get brought on through a temp agency, they will do everything they can to keep you as temp for as long as possible. I’ve seen them keep people in temp status for over a year. Then set unrealistic expectations with this intent to set them up to let go. Do yourself a favor and wait for the next job opportunity. Anyone with self respect will avoid this place like the plague.

Pros

The raises are decent but, you can only receive them when they are desperate.

Cons

*The owners of the company have no respect for their employees *You are not allowed to take time off and often required to work on weekends and late with no notification, and no appreciation for your efforts *Favoritism is in full effect with this company, if you are a family member or they just happen to like you (which is rare), their word is always chosen over anyone else’s *Managers know less than the other employees and they do not treat others with respect as they follow the owners lead *The owners of this company will conspire against people they do not like, even if that person is a great employee *This company has a serious lack of organization *This company will do anything and everything to not pay employees unemployment benefits or other deserved benefits *Departments are always under staffed which means the employees are very overworked *The owners of this company curse around the employees and often yell *The turnover is VERY high due to the way employees are treated, do not expect to see the same faces for very long and the ones that you do are very unhappy
