      Health insurance was okay 401k was fine

      Cons

      everything management blame games Mandatory overtime consequences if you had other commitments outside of work. Blackout period from labor day to Christmas fight tooth and nail for even a doctors appointment during that time.

      Cool teammates, decent entry level job for aspiring designers trying to get in-office experience. Potential to be a “get what you put into it” kind of position.

      Cons

      No opportunities for advancement, employees seen as disposable. High turnover rate for a reason. Little to no flexibility.

      As long as you keep your head down you will be fine. Not the healthiest environment but the people you work with make it okay
