      Coworkers are awesome Free food Good entry level design experience Direct coworkers/peers/department were awesome.

      Cons

      HUGE company run by family, major favoritism. Reprimanded for going above and beyond, very much a "stay in your box and be quiet" job Often felt like there was way too much nuance in how to interpret orders, customer needs, etc. Inter-department tensions.

      Good raises, fast -paced environment, perks like laker angeles kings games, family-owned company, some great coworkers

      Cons

      High turnover, overtime is discouraged but not enough people and too much work to get done in 8 hours, management can be hotheaded
