Pros
ETS offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and success. The environment is positive and supportive. Employees work independently, however, there is always support when you need it. I am excited to see what my future holds at ETS.
Cons
Employees here must be self motivated and driven. If you thrive in an environment with deadlines and pressure coming from management, this may not be the opportunity for you.

Pros
I love working at ETS. As an Account Executive, there is a lot of autonomy and you can build your routine according to your area's business needs. The culture is relaxed, kind and supportive. Decisions are data-driven. Learning from your colleagues is encouraged and warmly welcomed. The office has an ambitious atmosphere but not heavily competitive among team members, There are great traditions to celebrate each other's successes and socialize. I look forward to working here for many years (maybe decades) to come.
Cons
If you don't like working independently, this is not for you. AE's are responsible for their own territory/specialty, though we can always ask colleagues for ideas. It does require some time and investment to build your territory/specialty. Do not expect to make a 6 figure salary in year 1
