Extremely toxic culture. Site Coordinators in OR and management in Tempe is a boys club who shuts down any other opinion or ideas for improvement. There is absolutely no accountability from higher management for them mistreating workers on the floor. Small company who has no understanding of a good structure. The management has bad communication and no tool understanding. They are unwilling to even recognize issues with management. People are not treated well, and are overworked and underpaid. The US management will pretend to listen to issues, and change nothing unless it’s demanded by a main customer. Exhausting workdays, and people in charge have either never ran a team or don’t care. If this isn’t enough, they also severely underpay compared to everyone else in the industry.

More downsides than upsides--very Austrian even in the states which is hard to work with. HQ runs the show completely and totally and VP is just a mouthpiece for what HQ wants. Lots of wrong doing but also lots of coverup. Salaries leave a lot to be desired and they make you feel like you should be grateful for every little penny that you get.
