Pros

Stable employment as EV Group does not typically lay people off unless there is a disciplinary issue. Steady growth going on 10 years, even though it has slowed dramatically. Health benefits are fairly good with EV Group picking up the tab for anything over your deductible. Employees generally get along and grabbing a few beers after work together isn't uncommon. EV Group is involved with a lot of high tech projects that we can all point to in our every day lives, so that is exciting.

Cons

Communication from upper management is lacking. There is no clear focus on reaching aggressive financial goals. More turnover the last year is watering down the talent base and recent hires are questionable. If you travel for the company, the work/life balance needs considerable work. I also fear morale is slipping away. Compensation isn't on par with other companies that I've seen. The Peter Principle is alive and well at EV Group.

Pros

KEIN. Can't think of any.

Cons

Too many people(both employees and clients) with entitled attitude upon asking someone else for help, or being asked for cooperation. Change management is non-existent and in every department, every site, HQ and subsidiary they change whatever they want to change, while their relatives are left confused. You basically have no voice if you work in subsidiaries and not in HQ: plus too many with voice(presumably) has no clue, or even interest about how their counterparts at subsidiaries would work, while most of sales comes from there, and management at every layer thinks everything is working just fine.

Pros

Challenging and Interesting Problems. Small town with less expenses.

Cons

Might get bored . God for living alone. Fellow employees boast knowledge without knowing any details just to get attention and keep their demand/requirment intact, promoted to higher roles.
