Snacks, great co-workers, and bimonthly birthday lunches.

Cons

Grown woman drama between departments, Management and Human Resources are no help when help is needed, expected to fend for yourself without proper training

Pros

This is a growing company that still has a small company feel. I have personally been with the company for over 10 years. I truly enjoy my job and the people I work with. Getting to work for an international company has been a great experience. I have even had the chance to visit our headquarters in Austria a few times.

Cons

Just like every growing company we are going through some growing pains. However, management is working hard to address this.

Very innovative company working on cutting edge and futuristic semiconductor technologies. Great place to work as engineers on challenging and complex engineering projects. Opportunities to work with leading tech companies in the world and travel globally. Lots of internal development Oppurtunites for career growth ( USA/Europe/Asia).

Cons

A very dynamic work environment, lot of new and demanding projects will be needing frequent switch of priorities to meet the business needs.
