Plenty of job security - something is always broken

Cons

Incompetent and often unprofessional leadership; frequent micro-management of employees, yet incapable of standing up to abuse and exploitation from the customer Tool documentation is either awful or non-existent; OJT is 100% gleaning tribal knowledge from veteran team members Education and expertise of on-site engineers is not utilized; HQ in Austria holds all the cards and is dismissive of all notions of improvement from non-HQ employees
