After unexpectedly losing my job in 2025, EE was reliable and management was truly a gift. I found this inventory specialist job when even PT hours were hard to come by at other companies. I worked 30-35 hrs a week on average with the flexibility I needed to get back on my feet. I was trusted to do my job without micromanaging. The people at my store were great and having worked other retail jobs in the past, I can say the discounts are better than most.

Cons

Zero. One of the best cultures from my viewpoint.

I got to work in the back and do my own thing

Cons

I had all the responsibilities/duties of Inventory Lead without the pay or title. I asked for it 3 times and they never gave me a reason why, but kept adding more lead tasks for me to do.
