-Recently increased part time wages as a "cost of living" increase across the board -Benefits are pretty good, although this is my first full time job so I don't have any other experience to base them off of -Story is inspiring and the values are my personal values as well

Cons

-Started having a few minor issues with our specific regional director but she's been in the role for many years so nothing seems to be done despite our complaints/critiques on how certain matters have been handled. -Nearly impossible to get to work at home office unless you have 5+ years of experience min. They focus more on relocation/development within the store level rather than moving up through the company.
