Pros

Very positive work environment. I had never before worked with such encouraging managers and supervisors. They encouraged growth, teamwork, positive attitudes, and an open environment. It was also a fun work environment and always busy. The merchandise and products are something that you can be proud of selling and even more so with the excellent customer service they provide to their customers. They have a business concept and company culture that is truly unique.

Cons

At the end if the day, it was a retail position and unfortunately as a part time employee I did not receive benefits and the pay is not the greatest, considering they are a growing company and clearly do fairly well.

Pros

The training at the beginning was very thorough and helpful. There was a lot of product knowledge to take in and the team did a great job updating everyone as new items came in. My co-workers were absolutely amazing, there was a lot of communication between us on the sales floor and a lot of helpful insight given, before, during, and after a sale was made.

Cons

Scheduling was a constant battle. in addition, numbers were pushed too much at times. For a company recognized for its customer service, sometimes it's necessary to step back and listen to the customer, their needs, wants, desires, and respect that. Sometimes it just isn't appropriate to push a pair of $200.00 denim if they have made it very clear, they don't want it. Customer happiness should always be the number one priority, sometimes that includes denim, sometimes the time isn't right.
