      -The clothing curation is great -The connection based approach with styling experience -Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      -Monthly store sales goal are 20% over last year. This company isn't designed to hit those numbers with its current structure. There needs to be significant restructuring within all facets for this to happen. To be a store leader here, be ready to give it literally everything you have and more. -Senior Leadership is clearly spread thin. They hand off a lot of major parts of their role to their Area Directors/Market Managers. -Limited growth capacity

      - competitive pay - benefits - Will help move you up if you want to stay in stores

      Cons

      I found upper management to be difficult to work with. They seemed to care about their employees until it stopped benefiting them. I started working in the stores and wanted to move to corporate but they made it seem like that would be impossible and did very little to help me achieve this goal.
