      IS role gets zero respect in the company. All the focus is on the stylists & sales.

      Their company mission is what immediately drew me in & and still why I continue to shop here. All of their teams are there to serve their customers.

      Cons

      The only con I have is that when I left, I did not have solid leaders in my region. This was part of the reason I moved on. I used the company’s resources to share what was going on in my store, but my voice was not listened too until after I left.
