      HUGE MISTAKE TAKING A POSITION HERE!!!

      Pros

      Great clothing and brands. Product that is eco-friendly and sustainable.

      Cons

      Most toxic, mean, degrading, BULLIES... I have expierienced in my LIFE. They tell you anything to get you to take a position and then you quickly learn their 'real' intentions. The Manager will always be over-worked, without any regard for their work life balance, they will work every holiday, usually by themselves. While their employees refuse to work even 2 shifts.

      - Great co workers - Fun environment - 30% off discount - Amazing clients

      Cons

      - Not a lot of room for growth - Low pay for the amount of money stylists bring in for the company each month - No cash bonus or incentives for meeting sales goals. We did get $100 gift cards if we sold $30k in one month which is nice but doesn’t pay the bills & is frustrating when your salary is barely over $30k.

      Pros

      Fun, creative, and awesome store morale. I felt my work was really appreciated by my team and it was the best merchandising role I’ve ever had. I had a wonderful relationship with my Store Manager and Assistant Manager and they always supported me and the visual needs of the store. I got offered an exciting opportunity for another company with a significant pay raise, but if if it weren’t for that, I would have never left. I love Evereve and especially love that the CEO’s actually would come visit the stores and get to know their employees. That really stood out to me. An experience I will never forget. Who knows, maybe I will be back some day! Loved every second of it!

      Cons

      Pay is low. Wish they offered 401K for part time employees. They say they do after you work a certain number of hours, but I worked there for 3 years and was never eligible somehow.
