Pros

Intouch Solutions offers it employees a fantastic and engaging environment to thrive in every day. With direct and open communication from all levels of management the ball is never dropped. You are welcomed with open arms right away and get straight to work. The office environment is outstanding. With fun activities such as happy hours, corporate wide events, and group learning lunches available there is always something to look forward to. Intouch Solutions stands out from the rest and is truly a great place to work.

Cons

As with most agencies there can be longer hours. Though from experience this is few and far between. Management cares about your work life balance and you can expect a truly great balance working at Intouch Solutions.

Pros

Lenient sick and personal days policy, which encourages employees to take the time for themselves when necessary without being docked pay or counting against billable time. Nice people! I haven't met one person at any level whom I haven't found to be genuinely kind and good-intentioned. Anyone can come up with a good idea and have a chance at having their voice heard. This is a great environment for junior professionals who want to work on their presentation skills and grow their knowledge of digital marketing. You need to be proactive about your personal growth, and like any work, it's easy to get bogged down by the day to day myopic focus. However, if you seek out opportunities to learn more, there are tons of experienced and talented people who are just a phone call away. Relaxed, comfortable environment that includes casual dress code, free soda/juice/coffee, monthly fruit delivery, and frequent happy hours. The office managers keep the place humming along smoothly.

Cons

Generally inflexible policies around working from home, which for me is a bit of a turn-off since I've always had flexibility in my work schedule. Apparently, flexible schedules used to be more acceptable here, and some people are still grandfathered into that policy - however, all newcomers are expected to essentially be at their desks from 9-5. Don't get me wrong, this is not unusual for a typical corporate 9-5 job; but it js surprising for a creative company that prides itself on a progressive culture. Hard emphasis on billable hours, often leaving less than 10% of one's time to ideation or working on projects that could further develop the company. Such an emphasis on filling billable time forces a decision every time a supervisor asks you to take on a side project (which may very well be interesting and innovating and otherwise valuable to the company for the long-term). Do I participate, or do I save myself a wrist-slap when my billable hours come in under quota this month? Overall, there isn't really an emphasis on creating an environment for innovation, which is something that the most forward-thinking agencies and corporations alike are investing big money in. HR seems a little disorganized and is slow-to-respond to requests for info, but they do seem to genuinely care about your well-being and happiness, and always do eventually respond.
