Employees are trusted to do their jobs without micromanagement

Cons

Harassment is accepted by certain leaders. Look the other way when bad behaviors occur. Women are treated differently. People with mental health issues are treated like criminals. Total lack of empathy and compassion. They will trash you when someone calls for a reference after you leave the organization. Cannot trust anyone.
