I am still fairly new at EVERSANA and I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience to date with the Company. I've been super impressed with the quality of the Team, throughout the organization. Overall, strong industry and/or functional experience, committed to moving the company ahead, and sincere / genuine people. And, importantly, its not a political environment (who you know, or who you work for). Everyone is treated the same and appropriately (the company culture is good!). I enjoy the pace of working with a growing / expanding company because you can add value every day. It's very exciting to contribute to this individually and also work together collaboratively. Finally, I appreciate how Sr. Management provides updates to the entire company each quarter on our progress.

Cons

Can't think of anything major offhand. Just getting to know everyone since we have so many people in different offices / dispersed around the country (it takes time to learn who does what)

Pros

Eversana is building an organization that will be unmatched in the pharmaceutical industry. The services offered to prospective clients are all-encompassing and the opportunities available to those that are part of the team are limitless. There is an air of excitement and enthusiasm that is building and the future appears very bright. As the team continues to evolve and the market recognizes the overall strength of the organization, the value of their overall portfolio will drive Eversana to new levels of growth and profitability.

Cons

There are still some members of the team who have yet to recognize the potential of the organization. If they don't adapt quickly they will be replaced.

Pros

EVERSANA is the product of merging individual companies together. Through the change, we came out the outside with better PTO (unlimited), better health insurance at lower premiums, and a culture of "act in the best interest of EVERSANA" instead of lengthy do's and don'ts policies. We are truly treated like professionals.

Cons

Still some old legacy company habits that need to be broken but that will come with time. We are still in our first year as EVERSANA.
