Pros

Great leader with an energy that is contagious. The company has doubled-down on investing in a healthy culture that supports employees, clients and patients! Our new corporate values promote doing great work in the right way. Leadership communicates about our vision and strategy on a regular basis too - so that's refreshing!

Cons

There are bumps in any organization that is going through change, but the upside is everything.

Pros

Process is too good. There are unlimited things you can learn here. Pantry services are very good.

Cons

Favoritism at it's best. Either you are with your manager or you are against her. She is naive as 2 year old. So manipulative that you will not know whom to trust cuz she will put anyone onto you as a spy. She will stop communicating with you for several months if she is not happy with you. That's the worst kind of leadership I have ever seen. And last but not the least, their HR. Never ever take your issues towards management to him. He will then team up with manager itself and conspire against the person who has complained in this first place. Then you are in some deep trouble. Trust me, he is no good.

HR / Operations team is friendly and very responsive. Office has a pretty creative energy and collaboration is great. People are hired based on core values - love it!

Cons

I am new to the company, so far I have not spotted anything that is negative.
