      Some of the Management sucks! shows Favoritism boldly. A good worker but does not know how to manage people. Makes up their own rules about vacation days.

      Intelligent & passionate people, entrepreneurial spirit, employees are rewarded for results, fast pace, ability to make decisions with out all of the details and huge opportunity to make an impact with a company that is growing like crazy!! I work in Milwaukee and the facility is one of the most beautiful offices I've ever seen. Clearly states how they feel and treat their employees. Our benefits were also just improved dramatically with paid maternity/paternity, "paw" ternity, great PTO and health insurance with no deductibles! New bonus structure rolled out that rewards people for top performance and results but also ensuring that we are working with our cultural beliefs top of mind. The company believes in working hard but that does equate to having to work 60 hours a week. They believe in powering down and spending time away from work so you can be your best. Great work life balance!!

      Cons

      We are growing so fast that the job can get overwhelming at times but it is a good problem to have!

      Decent place to work if you have the right supervisor

      Pros

      Depending on what department you work in and who is supervising you, there are great opportunities to advance professionally (getting certifications, cross training, education advancement). I'm one of the lucky ones.

      Cons

      Supervisors and manager don't seem to want to work with anybody including their own direct reports. Directors seem to care about the work, but they can only do so much. Supervisor and manager's lack of "enthusiasm" (for lack of a better word) trickles down into the direct reports.
