Lots of highly strategic engagements and innovative approaches -- which makes for truly interesting day-to-day work for a consultant. Flat structure where everyone has a voice. Transparency regarding the company's upcoming projects, staffing, and finances. Opportunity for people to distinguish themselves, and due recognition for those who take a leadership role. Very competitive compensation, especially given the reasonable hours.
Cons
Similar downsides as any consulting firm: while every effort is made to prevent long hours and late nights, sometimes they do happen -- though much less frequently than at other firms in my experience. Less brand name recognition than other biopharma consulting firms. Internal knowledge management needs to be further developed, though initiatives are currently underway to address this.
