Not the worst, but not great

Pros

-Fully remote -Unlimited PTO (in theory - some managers get mad when you actually use it) -Micro-cultures that can be positive -Loved my team

Cons

-My team came in through an acquisition and within the first year the culture that made that company a great place to work was eroded completely by Eversana, whose culture is overall very toxic -The organization is extremely segmented and none of the parts talked to each other enough so everything felt disconnected -Favoritism over competence ran rampant

-Ability to work 70 hours a week and be shamed to take any time off

Cons

-'Unlimited PTO," is a joke-you are shamed to take even a half day off -Violation of all HIPPA regulations, personal information will be shared frankly with everyone -Pressure to heavily drink at company events, and if you do not, be prepared to be faced by a VP questioning your dedication to the company

Pros

Good company and provided good exposure for juniors - Analyst to Consultant level. However, the type of projects are very very unstandard and very atypical which other consulting firms typically say no to. It struggles in providing good projects exposure as it is not an established brand name in the industry.

Cons

Management is not at all good. They have very traditional way of thinking, very insecure and believe in slogging mentality. There is a lot of favouritism and the entire management lacks wisdom and spine to stand against the wrong opinion.
