Pros

the benefits are just ok.

Cons

Not getting any pay compensations for 3 years. We are being told we will get a bonus at the end of the year...we'll see if it's worth the 3 years I've back logged for this company. NO career pathing at all. and they won't even let you switch departments internally. And a certain manager needs to step down since they are showing favoritism on their team.

Pros

Remote work is a benefit… The company encourages employees to travel to Memphis to learn the operation, talk with colleagues and different departments, and tour for our clients. The people within the team are outstanding, but change constantly due to high turnover. Management and supervisors are great, but are up against a lot of difficulty as outlined in the Cons section.

Cons

Antiquated systems and poor communication between departments lead to long, frustrating, and stressful work hours. This leads to burnout and high turnover across all teams, which creates more work and longer hours for remaining employees. It’s a vicious cycle. Despite acknowledgement of heavily understaffed teams, managers and even executive teams seem to be unable to get approval by investor ownership to fund workforce and technology solutions. There was no established onboarding/training, and minimal on-the-job resources to help succeed. Pay and bonuses trend toward the low end, but may not be an issue depending on cost of living in your area.
