New ownership, leadership and culture HAVE changed the tone. Long-ignored ideas and suggestions are finding fresh life. I feel like we are moving forward. Pay is alright, benefits are about what they were in the legacy company. Treatment of contractors is considerably better.

Cons

Still a lot of uncertainty as management structures have significant gaps and budgets are still fluid. Career mobility is still a question mark, in part because of this.

Benefits are decent, but expensive. Management may care, but upper management does not.

Cons

Programs can be pulled at any time leaving you without a job, sometimes without ample warning. Attendance policy basically says "We don't care that you went to the doctor/hospital and have documentation, you're still getting pointed"
