Pros

Eversana aims to provide strong training and a collaborative work environment, with a focus on patient support and healthcare solutions. The initial training was well-structured and informative, and they strive to create opportunities for growth. However, in practice, the execution didn’t always align with those goals.

Cons

The training was misleading, and job expectations weren’t clearly communicated. There was constant turnover, with employees being let go frequently, creating job insecurity. Policies changed so often that they no longer aligned with our pay, and expectations around prescription processing were unrealistic, negatively impacting customers. The work environment was highly micromanaged, and there was little understanding that employees, like anyone, make mistakes—yet mistakes often led to termination. There is no work life balance. Your constantly trying to make up from each day to due the never ending expectations.Overall, the program felt cutthroat, making it difficult to feel secure or supported in the role.

Health insurance and dental coverage

Cons

Inability to say what they mean. Patients were denied mainly with low income. Call center was always on edge and not coming into work due to feeling depleted. Seems more like a profit for the C-Suite and those that benefited from the program made well over the qualification amount.
