Talented staff. Working with lots of specialists and experts on projects that matter. Tons of diversity. An inclusive company. Senior management were great at showcasing what EVERSANA does and frequently had updates and good things to say about staff. CEO Jim is a star! 🌟 company was also good to emphasize work life balance. Lots of recognition for outstanding employees. Company was well positioned for pandemic.

Cons

Because projects are important, there are high expectations. One team building exercise was discontinued the second year I was there. I thought it was a good one to keep.
