Fairly good working culture (people and management are friendly). The base pay bands are competitive and there are ample opportunities for advancement. Benefits include RRSP matching, and "unlimited" PTO (they have guidelines for roughly how many days you can use per year).

Cons

Annual bonus could be more competitive with other firms.
