if you like to be a piece of sack

Cons

i was in tech support, We are trained to ask for a receipt if not receipt no service. even if it has 3 year warranty and the product released a year ago. guess what comes after that from customers. your trained to hangup if customers use foul mouth, but are trained to escalate things so the customer is frustrated.
