(Speaks volumes that actual employees don't support the company and the downhill trajectory it has been going in the last year)

*We were promised equity that didn't happen
*Leadership has a way of gaslighting their employees if you do not fall in line
*There is 0 accountability and ownership from leadership
*There is a fear-based mentality that you have to continuously defend yourself, while others are quick to point the finger at someone else in fear of them being on the chopping block
*I have never worked for a company where there were more roadblocks from internal departments and tools than from customers
*When you bring up these roadblocks and then ways to improve, you are quickly knocked down and told that you are not contributing
*Zero plan to fix or improve the culture
*when the old leadership was removed and replaced it went from bad to worse
