After some leadership changes, the work environment at EVPassport declined significantly. There was little transparency, frequent broken promises, and poor communication from the top. The company offered no real benefits, and the culture suffered—turnover increased, and morale dropped. Overall, a disappointing experience that didn’t match the initial expectations.
