      - Great environment to work in. - Senior management pretty much supportive. - Great employee engagement initiatives. - Good employee benefits like transport, SODEXO etc.

      - Compensation not at par with the industry. - Career progression not clearly defined. - Deserving employees tend to get left out due to cronyism by the under-performing ones.
