Pros
Exl is good company to work with. Why i like this company because it has some ethics and value attached with it all the employees are same there is no difference in between them . All the employees get equal opportunties to grow with in organization.
Cons
What i don't like about the organization that it is not good payor and also it does not provide AC cabs. Exl has to pay good if it wants good talent and if it wants to stop attriton because money matters.
