      Pros

      Small office with family atmosphere and you may find the best people ever. Harmony and friendly community. Great opportunity to get more practical experience. Rewarded streamlining the process and increasing production. There is no limit to developing new initiatives. Work life balance, study support, benefit system.

      Cons

      Wages should be higher if you compare with salary survey in the region. Work environment and equipment could be restored and the relaxation zone is missing.

      Pros

      Very friendly and open atmosphere, especially in our small office where everyone knows everyone. Great possibility for students and freshers to grow within the office from basic positions either up or to more specialized teams. People here very appreciate a possibility to take paid Sick Days, Study Leave and support of parents / families. Colleagues do not have problem to support each other and even hang out outside of the work.

      Cons

      Salaries could be better for specialized work and also in comparison to the labor market in our region.
