Not so great projects with higher end analytics projects not coming through as before, though a lot of project (especially long terms engagements) are increasing. Salary not on par with other employers in the field

Worst possible policies, will give u a good raise only when u get offer letter from other company, otherwise don't expect more than 5% on average. All processes have been bogged down in name of security policies. For anything you need, every department has a policy to deny it. For anything company needs, all policies go for a toss. You need to work very hard and work for years for getting a change implemented. The CEO is only interested in sucking employees' blood and nothing else.
