Pros
Your peers are excellent and everyone is hired from the top tier institutes from campus so overall the culture is fine. Also, you can wear casuals almost everyday so that's very comfortable considering the weather.
Cons
-The salary is way too low according to industry standards. Even people who come to learn get dissappointed with earning lower than even autowallahs(no sarcasm) -Too much profile/salary disparity among campus hired. Why the hell is one college treated better than others? Makes no sense -Your growth projectory depends solely upon your manager. AVPs and VPs don't even really care about the employees and the attrition. -Cab facility is provided for Noida SEZ office, however they are non AC cabs. How does EXL even call itself an MNC? - Timings are pathetic, you may have to stretch till midnight and still not get appreciated by your managers/team leaders. No cellphone policy is another drill in the hole. -Facilities are terrible. Office is located in the middle of nowhere, so technically for 5 days you're only going from home to office and then back to home. Zero life after office.
