The training The Flexibility Meeting new people everyday Fun Job working in the field

Cons

Very Competitive management Micro-Managed Training is getting better, but still has a little ways to go to prepare auditors for field work Pay is not that great unless you work in excess of 70 hours a week Numbers are very hard to achieve without tons of overtime

Pros

Some leaders are good to work for and will lookout for your interest. But, this is rare. Has a innovation center, but only few individuals dedicated towards it and delivery teams are never prepared to execute on those innovations.

Cons

No respect for personal time. Leaders believe you are 24/7 bonded to them for work. There only way to grow is bringing business, delivery quality to rewarded. Individuals placed on project without the necessary skills and skills they are sold on. They are expected to learn and deliver on the job. Shifting strategic directions every few years.
