Pros

If you know your way to get into a good project then it is an excellent company but if you are slow and doesn't have zeal on your own then it is not your company

Cons

Too many additional works if you want to grow in this company. management should ensure their consultant are not spending hours of fixing IT issue

Cons

No growth opportunities. Only concerned with how to squeeze more money out a project not about doing quality work. No employee support. Tech support is a joke. The equipment provided is frustrating. Low pay for the job, industry, and market.
