      What pros? Nothing good about this company anymore it used to be working from home but that was taken away

      Cons

      Company lacks diversity and growth. Only promotes Indians even if they haven't been there long over senior employees. Shows favortisim to Indians only and let's them do whatever they want. Management is terrible a very I don't care attitude also people don't take it seriously anymore because they are fed up. No ethics. Management are bullies and use scare tactics to force you to work. Use scare tactics to prevent you from taking days off. Always referring to how things are done in India.
