Pros

Employee centric, cares about employee work life balance, gives a lot of oppurtunities to improve, advance and to choose different processes and sub processes.

Cons

Very cost centric, tries too hard to optimise and reduce costs everywhere, on a wider platform. Takes a long time for employees to grow vertically or laterally. Some process specific line HR's do not make employees aware about different growth oppurtunities in the organisation.

Learning opportunity which kept me involved in different projects. It helped me to interact with different teams along with managing them.

Cons

Ineffective communication and support (management). It very important to communicate and share updates with your members regularly also fulfill adequate expectations.
