      Could be a good place to work if senior managers actually would care about their staff and promises

      Cons

      In europe i know rnough employees that were promised compensation for their overtime invested because of high employee turnover and to date have not received their compensation. Pronoting people to managment for listening to senior managment not for skills. This creates a toxic culture. Senior managment in most locations in Europe has been selected like this by now. Very scary practices.

      I am representing DA (data analytics) , it has good work culture and good opportunity to work on different projects. Onsite opportunity are immense.

      BA and SBA are not really involved in company vision statement
