      work with indian leadership who are smart i.e pretend to work but actually don't. pass their work to reports showing them a carrot which in reality, you never get

      long hours, make you feel worthless, very demanding leadership lack proper vision: you accept whatever comes your way only target - get the revenue it doesnot matter what you do

      Pros

      Opportunities to go onsite is there. Multiple skills you can have on your profile with EXL experience.

      Cons

      With 2 days of time you may have to leave India. No work permit or visa they process for your family. They ask you to travel on tourist visa as well to work in a country. Goodas are sitting there as AVP and as a senior management guys. In case your project get over they give some irrelevant jobs to do. Thank god not toilet cleaning If you disagree with them then you will be asked to leave the company in less than a month's time. No professionalism at all. People use to wash their boss's dash for promotion. Don't even think to join this third rated company and then you will regret it for your bad decision life long.
