Pros

Not many I can think of. Traditional firm from India, bad communications, poor support, below average management., horrible internal support systems. Nothing ever seems to work. Ok at analytics, but limited in scope.

Cons

- Poor sales and marketing support - Understaffed to meet customer demands - Below average compensation (if you are in sales zero commission) - Horrible benefits especially Health Insurance - 3rd tier player - Strictly a BPO company, no IT services except analytics - Sales at client sites is a free for all meaning no major account focus or strategy - Poor orientation to the company and past history - Very high turnover
