      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are good.I like the process of clearance of resignation, it was really fast.

      Cons

      If you want a good work-life balance, this is not the company you are looking for. There are people in our department that stay for 12hrs for 6days. The system and process are very disorganized. If you want to have your back pay they will tell you to wait for 60days but the really time frame is almost 100days.

      Pros

      Not the most stressful job, especially at entry level. Plenty of leaves. It's basically the kind of place where you get sufficient time to study for the next move in your career. Well equipped gym. Subsidized meals. Free cab facility.

      Cons

      No opportunities for learning offered. Mundane work. Extremely unresponsive HR. Salary and appraisals of campus hires is fixed for 2 years.

      Potentially excellent Analytics experience if you are the at the right place at the right time

      Pros

      Has some really good analytics projects. Multiple domains in banking finance, healthcare and FMCG. High probability of travel. Great talent pool, usually from top colleges. Pay is as per industry standards, maybe slightly higher than average.

      Cons

      Work pressure is lumpy, can be extreme at times and some projects can be much more taxing than others. Client focus can sometimes undermine employee welfare. Focus on short-term quick-fixes rather than long-term solutions.
