      Learning can be restricted!

      Pros

      1. Flexibility can be great in few teams, so can be work life balance 2. Quality of work can be good if you happen to be in an aspiring team

      Cons

      1. Compensation in promotion and appraisals is very poor as per analytics standard 2. Employee-boss relationship is the key factor in determining the quality of life of a subordinate, company culture promotes licking a lot! 3. No one-on-one whatsoever happens with HR, they are there just for the namesake 4. Disparity in pay for same positions can be mind boggling, if not unbelievable

      Pros

      The only good thing is you have a chance to go abroad. Also if you become critical to client, you can hand twist the company to get almost whatever you want - not sure if its a pro or a con though

      Cons

      The work culture is stressful and not meritocratic. Leaders are insensitive and arrogant. Too short sighted and mostly operate in fire fighting mode.

      No growth, no learning, pathetic management

      Pros

      Learnings only at lower level. Even that depends on your supervisor. Lower and middle level management is incompetent. Top management doesn't know the ground reality or doesnt want to acknowledge.

      Cons

      HR is useless. No career growth. Promotions are based on your supervisor and your relationship not your potential. Communication is missing. Managers do not know what accountability is.
