      1.Good Incentive as I worked for BG process in noida . 2.Employs are happy as the company is comfortable for employees , In terms of relax .

      Cons

      No proper management , Very bureaucratic , As I worked for a Collection profile even management not able to define its a collection or customer service . . In my process job security was not there as its a collection profile ..Targets were very high working under lot of pressure to meet number . Salary and company policy were not at all good even management very bureaucratic .
