Extremely employee friendly policies and practices. A testimonial is the sheer number of people who leave the company and come back to work for it Genuinely concerned HR Very open culture and leadership which is readily approachable Learning and development opportunities at all levels. EXL is one company which bears 100% cost of all learning and development activities it conducts for employees Opportunities for growth HR has experienced and strong leadership Excellent infrastructure and facilities (though at times it is more than what is required). The first thing an employee leaving EXL would notice is that even much larger organizations do not have the kind of infrastructure that EXL has and maintains

Extremely poor pay master The work-life balance is missing in some HR functions, with a lot of work pressure
