Pros

Chilled out environment but depends on client you work with. Pedigree type concepts run rampant, somehow if you graduate from a better institute you are more valuable than similar more knowledgeable, experienced and efficient colleagues. That reflect in pay and promotions significantly but exceptions are there. Other than that, no specific negative.

Cons

None that I know off other than institutional mindset of bias towards better alma mater.

Nothing. I can’t think of anything.

Cons

Micromanaging styles. Making changes that are not needed only to make things worse for everyone. The leaders are clueless.
