      Thank you for your feedback. EXL is known for its culture of recognizing and appreciating people for their performance. Being a digital organization, there are multiple platforms to reward and recognize people; ranging from global awards to awards at business level. In addition to having direct access to the management team through emails, open house sessions are organized frequently to interact directly with the management. We have other programs to engage employees with the senior management. Wishing you all the best in your endeavors.
