Pros

Very Little. They do pay on time.

Cons

I've had 5 managers in the last 3 years. QC needs to get their act together. I can send the same report into 3 different QC people and they all judge it differently. They try to override what you've seen.

Pros

Benefits and 401K plans are good enough. People and team working in the organization are decent too.

Cons

Most of senior management is Indian which brings certain necessary adjustments. The main problem is that incessant lying to the majority of primary clients has shunted the practice in general. Much of the consulting projects have dried up leading to more focus on the staffing opportunities. And it is fine if that is the organization's goal. Though they have started several attempts to change the focus of the practice; however most of the senior leadership in Finance Transformation pillar does not seem to pay any heed.
