Pros

Flexible WFH Policy, Team Engagement is nice. Adding filler words here cause glassdoor needs 10 words min to submit a review ( also, cant think of any other pros :( )

Cons

Here we have to work on Virtual machines due to UD Data Access Policies. And the experience of using Virtual Machines are very poor. With Huge Latency and no one to cater of this very fundamental problem makes the working experience very frustrating.

Spent 4 years in EXL, very employee friendly. Good amount of leaves available. Free Cabs are available for home pick and drop.

Cons

Can't take your smartphones inside office premises for some projects, depends on project to project. Very limited work from home available.
