Not bad, but could be better

Pros

Full time fitness opportunities that could be engaging/exciting but your job is VERY much depends on the site you are at, they are all (in my experience) pretty different. ERG's were added in 2021 which was a nice plus.

Cons

Lots of lack of transparency from management. As a program manager, I feel I should have known about our clients downsizing their contractors (aka EXOS) far before it happened. Also was hard to recruit health fitness specialists with the low pay ranges. Crummy PTO accruals.

Pros

The senior leadership keeps getting larger with new Executives that get paid enormous sums of money by comparison to their staff who actually does all of the work. They are hemorrhaging money right now because of poor leadership and high turnover. They wouldn't have high turnover if they paid their staff well. The staff that actually does all the work gets paid the least. They wouldn't have lost so many accounts if they paid for talent. None of their clients cares about their diversity or the CEO or CMO or CIO, etc. The client typically only has direct contact with Regional Director and Program Manager and HFS and Group Instructors. These are the people who do all of the work and get paid the least. They need to wake up or their company will collapse.

Cons

Poor pay, bad senior leadership.
